Pullman Munich Hotel

This was an appropriate option for a flying visit in Munich with great value-to-price ratio. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a nice Nespresso coffee machine. A tip, consider trying local breakfast spots instead of the hotel.

A Nespresso machine and an ironing set inside the suite were handy. The breakfast was extensive, the check in was early.

Stylish and functional hotel, REALLY ACCOMMODATING staff, thoroughly enjoyed magnificent location right by the centre of a city and the Christmas Markets in Munich and cafe's, resturants, shopping boutiques and much more.

Had nothing fancy breakfast, it might be better.

The hotel's location is perfect, and the staff were friendly. There were issues with cleanliness in the spa, and some amenities were lacking, like updated towels. It was a good experience, but improvements are needed.

The location of the hotel was very good. With the underground within 10min you can be at Marienplatz. The minibar was free. The balcony and the room size was great. The breakfast buffet is worth its money.

Unfortunately the room was not clean. There was some dust in the cupboards and on the Gĺasböden. The ceiling had black spots, as well as the curtain. There were old coffee stains on the floor.

Very good location, only 5 minutes to the airport bus. or 2 minutes to the subway. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well equipped.

I had ordered a fruit basket in advance. I'm afraid it was forgotten.

There's not much room for breakfast

My experience here was a nightmare! The room service was atrocious, with staff telling us to get our own water and ice. Even worse, I found cockroaches in my room, and the cleaning service never came to take out my trash despite repeated requests. This place has potential, but the laziness and lack of attention to detail from the staff ruined my stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, modern room and the lovely garden view. The accessibility around Pullman Munich made it easy for me to move about, and the friendly staff were always ready to assist, which I really appreciated.

Improve breakfast area seating during peak hours.

Hotel was very good. Had two dogs and a Superior Suite. The staff was super nice. Around the hotel there is a lot of greenery which was great with the dogs. Room was very large and newly made. Price/performance is really great.

The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with a very spacious room and a comfortable bed. There's a bakery nearby for breakfast and a lovely produce market outside. It's just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
